Adult Programs

Learn

Learn programs are designed to help you acquire tactical and technical skills needed in doubles and singles. Your coach will provide deliberate instructions and individualized feedback in a fun and friendly group environment. Learn programs are offered all year round.

If you have playing experience and have not participated in our programs before, please email us at letsplay@tennisforlife.ca to request an assessment. Assessments are complimentary and take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once we determine your playing level, we will either enroll you in the appropriate program or place you on the waitlist, depending on your availability.
