How to Register - Continuing Players

Every term, following our Evaluation Weeks, you will receive an email from letsplay@tennisforlife.ca with your child’s Progress Report. This report includes detailed feedback on their progress, their coach-assigned level for the upcoming season, and clear instructions and links on how to register. Please refer to that email and report when completing your registration. If you have any questions, feel free to email us or call (604) 939-0028.

How to Register - New Players

Registration for each season first opens to our continuing players. If space becomes available afterward, we reach out to families on the waitlist. To be considered, we encourage you to add your child to the waitlist for the program that matches their age. This is the only way for us to contact you when a spot opens. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to high demand for our programs, we kindly request that should you need to cancel your or ​your child’s registration in our program(s), please do so no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the start of the term in order to receive 100% refund. This gives us the opportunity to accommodate other players who are on the waitlist.

Cancellation requests made within 1-6 days prior to the start of the term will incur a 10% fee or we’d be happy to offer you club credit instead. Cancellation requests made 24 hours or less before the first day of the term are not eligible for refunds.

Missed Sessions Policy

To ensure fairness and to preserve program structure, consistency and quality for all participants, missed sessions are not eligible for make-ups, credits, refunds, or substitutes.
